The Second Quarter 2007 (2Q 2007) meeting convened at the end of July 2007 to evaluate the Corporate Performance Review (CPR). The meting was attendant by H.E. Issa Shaheen Al-Ghanim, the Vice Chairman, Directors, Managers, Section Heads and KAHRAMAA senior Staff.

A general presentation and several reports related to the performance and work development, strengths and weakness faced during the implementation of plan in addition to action has been taken to solve all difficulties facing the implementation of KAHRAMAA plans, also an evaluation of electricity and water strategic projects was presented.

A special highlight has been done on Qatarization program, capacity building and training programs as part of KAHRAMAA plan to increase the Qatari's percentage for occupying the technical and engineering jobs in order to encourage Qatari Nationals to join these vital and important jobs and being part of KAHRAMAA team.

H.E. Issa Shaheen Al-Ghanim, express his delightfulness of the accomplishment that was made by corporate performance during the last period of 2007, and he recognized all efforts has been done by KAHRAMAA team.

Also H.E.Al-Ghanim recognized the efforts of all to meet the growing requirements of water and electricity in accordance with the enormous development witnessed in the country.
