Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation "KAHRAMAA" presented its experience about "Pollution Impact on the Performance of the Overhead Lines Insulators" in front of  delegations participated in the World Congress and Exhibition on Insulators, Arrestors and Bushing recently held in Brazil.

KAHRAMAA delegation consisted of Engineer Ali Al Jomali – Head of Transmission Planning Section and Engineer Hassan Ali Hassan – Overhead Lines Engineer.

In this occasion Eng. Ali Al-Jomali said that: "KAHRAMAA is always keen to know and follow up the latest development achieved by international giant companies in the field of electricity industry and its equipments, and our participation comes within the policy framework of KAHRAMAA to share and exchange knowledge and expertise with international companies participating in the congress".

He Added: "the paper presented by me and my colleague Engineer Hassan Ali Hassan, on "Pollution Impact on the Performance of the Overhead Lines Insulators", to the congress was highly recognized by participants, and thus it was published in the world electricity specialized magazine "INMR", which is worldwide largely distributed."

It is worth mentioning that the congress and exhibition organized every two years and  is considered one of the most important world congress. This year, the congress participants about 500 worldwide, and 51 world companies specialized in electric equipment and services shared in the exhibition.
