A delegation form Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation – KAHRAMAA Chaired by H.E. Issa Shaheen Al – Ghanim the Vice Chairman of KAHRAMAA, has started on Sunday evening an official visit to Germany for three days in response to an invitation addressed by Siemens Co., Germany. During such visit, the delegation shall meet the senior officials at the German company to get acquainted the Siemens company's advanced experiment with respect to techniques used in electricity networks.

In addition to H.E. Mr. Al – Ghanim, the delegation comprises a number of KAHRAMAA managers and officials.

The visit agenda has included a visit to a number of the company's factories and workshops in addition to a number of sites which the company has executed and prepared in Germany during which the delegation shall witness the German advanced experiment in electricity sector and get acquainted with means through which the State of Qatar can benefit out of.

It is worth mentioning that Siemens Co., Germany is currently executing a number of mega and strategic projects in Qatar related to the development and enforcement of electricity networks and stations.
