A delegation headed by H.E. Mr. Issa Shaheen Al-Ghanim, the Vice Chairman of the Board, participated in the joint meeting of  the Electricity Undersecretary and the Power Grid Authority in GCC, the meeting held at the Power Grid Authorities premises in Damam city in eastern region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the delegation comprises of high level KM officials.
The meeting held in accordance with a recommendation raised by the GCC Electricity Ministerial last meeting held in Riyadh - KSA (Electricity Cooperation Committee), for more intensive negotiations regarding the implementations phases of  the GGG Power Grid. 
It's worthwhile mentioning that the first phase of the GCC Power Grid project will connect Qatar State, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain and Kuwait State, the by 2008 with cost of 4340 MR.
