In case of an electricity or water meter failure and the existence of previous meter readings, an average amount is calculated and charged to the customer for the duration of the failure.
In case of a water meter failure and the absence of previous meter readings, the customer is charged 150 QR if the residence is an apartment, or 200 QR if the residence is a villa, for the duration of the failure.
In case of an electricity meter failure and the absence of previous meter readings, an estimate is calculated and charged based on the customer's property assets. |
